These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, sample orders, production orders, OEM projects, ODM projects, private label manufacturing services, and other business transactions between REX Sports and its customers.
By placing an order with REX Sports, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
REX Sports is a manufacturer and exporter of Boxing, MMA, and Martial Arts equipment based in Sialkot, Pakistan.
Our services are intended for:
* Brands
* Wholesalers
* Distributors
* Importers
* Gyms
* Academies
* Sports Organizations
REX Sports does not primarily operate as a retail supplier for individual consumer purchases.
All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry.
Prices may vary depending on:
* Product specifications
* Materials
* Order quantity
* Customization requirements
* Packaging requirements
* Shipping arrangements
A quotation does not become a confirmed order until accepted by both parties.
Samples may be requested before placing a bulk order.
Sample charges, development costs, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sample production time depends on product specifications and customization requirements.
Production begins after:
* Order confirmation
* Approval of product specifications
* Approval of artwork, logos, designs, or samples
* Confirmation of payment terms
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all product details before production begins.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs, revised lead times, or production delays.
REX Sports provides OEM, ODM, and Private Label manufacturing services.
Products are manufactured according to customer-approved specifications, materials, branding requirements, artwork, packaging instructions, and other agreed details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted logos, trademarks, artwork, and designs do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Minimum Order Quantities vary depending on the product category, materials, customization requirements, and manufacturing process.
Applicable MOQ requirements will be confirmed during quotation and order discussions.
Payment terms are agreed before production begins.
For new customers, an advance payment may be required before production starts.
Accepted payment methods may include:
* Bank Transfer (T/T)
* PayPal / Payoneer / Wise
* Western Union
* Other mutually agreed payment methods
Production and shipment schedules may be affected if payment requirements are not completed according to the agreed terms.
Production time depends on:
* Product type
* Order quantity
* Customization requirements
* Material availability
Estimated production schedules are shared before manufacturing begins.
Production timelines may change if order specifications are revised during production.
Quality checks are carried out during different stages of production, including:
* Material inspection
* Cutting inspection
* Stitching inspection
* Branding verification
* Finishing inspection
* Final product inspection
Products are checked against approved specifications before shipment.
Orders may be shipped through:
* Air Freight
* Sea Freight
* Courier Services
Delivery times depend on production completion, shipping methods, destination requirements, customs procedures, and logistics providers.
REX Sports is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping companies, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers should inspect goods upon receipt.
Any manufacturing-related concerns should be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, together with relevant photographs or supporting information.
Due to the customized nature of OEM, ODM, and Private Label production, products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing issue or a significant difference from approved specifications.
Customer designs, specifications, samples, branding materials, technical information, and project details are treated as confidential.
Information provided by customers is used only for manufacturing and business purposes related to the approved project.
All logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, and branding materials supplied by customers remain the property of their respective owners.
REX Sports does not claim ownership of customer intellectual property provided for manufacturing purposes.
REX Sports shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from the use, transportation, distribution, or resale of products.
Any liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the affected order.
REX Sports shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
* Natural disasters
* Government actions
* Customs delays
* Transportation disruptions
* Labor disputes
* Supply chain interruptions
* Public emergencies
Customers will be informed of significant delays affecting production or delivery schedules.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising from business transactions shall first be addressed through mutual discussion and negotiation between both parties.
